Refund and Return Policy

  • The return or refund request is made within 14 days of purchase for physical products or within 14 days of service activation for services.

Please note that certain items, such as software downloads, custom or personalized products, or services that have already been fully delivered or completed, may not be eligible for refunds or returns.


2. Refund and Return Process

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Software and digital products that have been downloaded or activated.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Services that have been fully performed or delivered.
  • Products returned outside the eligibility period or without prior authorization.

4. Refunds for Services

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will either replace the product or offer a full refund, depending on the circumstances. To process your claim, we may request photographic evidence of the damage.


6. Shipping Costs

For returns, unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
